2.1 Notice

When the pneumatic rocker arm loading machine reaches the installation position, it must be operated in strict accordance with the measures
described in this manual. Please read and understand the following instructions in detail:
1, when using a crane or forklift to carry the pneumatic rocker arm booster, can not manually support the booster body!
2, handling, the operator can not climb or stand under the booster machine!
3, when installing the air source, it must be connected after cutting off gas, and set an eye-catching sign!
4, before starting the booster machine, it is necessary to confirm that the system installation is correct, to ensure safety!
5,When the pressure of the vacuum pressure gauge is lower than 0.04MPa, it is forbidden to lift the plate!
6, the customer unauthorized product transformation, not within the scope of the company's warranty, the company will not be responsible
1), it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum load, overload will cause equipment damage and other serious consequences!
2), the operation of the power machine must be entrusted to qualified personnel!

2.2 Installation Environment of Pneumatic Rocker Arm Loading Machine:

1. Ensure that the levelness of the installation ground is within ±2°.
2. Ensure that the foundation is prefabricated according to the foundation drawing provided by our company.
3, ensure that the anchor screw position is correct.
4, The air supply pressure is within the range of 0.6-0.8MPa. (±10% or less)
5, ensure that the installation position has enough rocker arm movement space, pay attention to the rocker arm activity area set up safety isolation belt.
2.3 Basic Production of Pneumatic Rocker Arm Loading Machine:
