Machine features:
1. The main castings are all made of high-grade cast iron by resin sand casting process. Adopting advanced finite element analysis technology, the design structure is reasonable and the layout is optimized. And by aging treatment, it can ensure the long-term machining stability of the machine tool. Appearance design is beautiful and humanized. 2. The spindle adopts precision spindle with Japan/Germany high precision bearings, high speed, high precision, low noise and high rigidity.
3. X and Z axis servo motors are directly connected with precision ball screws through flexible couplings with high precision, and the screws are fixed at both ends, which improves the support stiffness of the support base and minimizes the distortion and deformation of the screws caused by frequent high-speed positioning and heavy cutting. 4. Adopting automatic centralized lubrication system to lubricate the screw, guideway and other moving parts through the set oiling interval and oiling duration to ensure the normal use of precision and service life of the machine tool.
5. The spindle adopts pulse-type speed control, which makes the positioning and C-axis indexing more accurate.
6. Double spindles and double rows of knives can be processed synchronously or sequentially to realize one-shot machining.
7. The feed system is driven by servo motor and roller screw drive with high precision and wear resistance.
8. The bed is supported by P-level large-size precision heavy-duty ball bearing line rail, with strong support rigidity and high guiding accuracy. The machine is fully protected by the outer cover to prevent the cutting fluid from splashing.
