Constructed with high-strength HT300 cast iron in a one-piece robust bed structure, it utilizes finite element analysis to ensure superb mechanical rigidity and long-lasting stability. This guarantees reliable precision over extended periods, enhancing processing stability and tool longevity. The stress relief treatment further augments precision stability. The high-strength hard rail structure, combined with a screw pre-tensioning design in the transmission system, significantly boosts rigidity performance. Main features of this machine tool: 1. The spindle unit is an independent sleeve type, having undergone stringent dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, excellent retention of precision, minimal thermal deformation, and superior thermal stability. Capable of reaching speeds up to 2500rpm, the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing paired with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. This optimal two-point balanced support design withstands radial and axial loads, enabling both high-speed precision cutting and low-speed heavy cutting. It's especially suited for mass-producing complex, high-precision, and high-finish products. 2. High rigidity servo power turret. This feature allows for rapid and precise tool change performance, combined with high-speed power shaft milling capabilities to achieve extraordinary turning and milling processing performance. The tool holder is equipped with a high-rigidity BMT installation interface, and the power transmission shaft is driven by a servo spindle motor. 3. The machine tool is equipped with hard rail guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws ensure optimal performance. Providing excellent precision and durability, each axis features a direct transfer axis structure and a double anchor pre-relay method, effectively minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. 4. This machine offers a comprehensive hydraulic and lubrication system, incorporating high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, which substantially reduces the failure rate. The system's design is straightforward and reliable, with centralized quantitative automatic lubrication. 5. The hydraulic tailstock boasts a high-rigidity integral structure, eliminating vibration and providing exceptional stability.
