Equipment composition
The double cone mixer is mainly composed of the following parts:
Tank: A container made of steel plate, with a short cylinder set between two cones, which is convenient for discharging and is designed to be 90° or 75°. The inlet and outlet are equipped with pneumatic valves or electric butterfly valves.
Drive device: It is composed of an electric motor, a reducer and a transmission gear. The number of revolutions of the motor can be adjusted within a certain range, and the operation process can be automatically controlled.
