LK89 series CNC spiral vertical internal broaching machine is a four-axis linkage CNC spiral vertical internal broaching machine, using the main structure form of double column vertical broaching machine with double power drive and cylindrical guide sub; vertical linear axis (X1, X11 axis), rotary axis (C axis) and tool lifting axis (Z1 axis through the high-resolution linear and rotary encoder with the EG function of CNC system to achieve the internal gear ring with spiral line and spiral arc, and at the same time can complete the full processing capability of general-purpose vertical broaching with the shielding of C axis.
