Structure and principle
Structure Composition: It is mainly composed of components such as the hammer body, piston, drill rod, accumulator, and oil pipe. Among them, the hammer body is the overall frame. The piston reciprocates inside the hammer body. The drill rod connects the piston and transmits the impact force to the working object. The accumulator is used for storing and releasing energy, and the oil pipe is responsible for transmitting hydraulic oil.
Working Principle: Rely on the hydraulic system of the excavator to provide power. Hydraulic oil enters the cylinder of the breaking hammer and pushes the piston to do high-speed reciprocating motion. When the piston moves forward, it impacts the drill rod at an extremely high speed, making the drill rod generate a strong impact force, thereby breaking hard objects such as rocks and concrete. The return stroke of the piston is realized by the pressure of hydraulic oil and the action of the accumulator. In this way, it cycles back and forth to achieve continuous crushing operations.
