WTGA128 High speed glass fiber warping machine is suitable for warping fiberglass, Aluminium alloy wire, stainless steel wire and Silver wire etc.
Can be well matched with water-jet, air-jet, rapier, shuttle and shuttleless looms.
Suitable for making fiberglass cloth, electronic cloth and various wire mesh etc.

1. Adopt Japanese Mitsubishi PLC to take the safe, reliable and automatic control on programs.
2. Adopt the technology of frequency conversion to ensure the constant line speed for winding.
3. Touchable screen is easy for operation and it can display huge information, such as line speed, length and cloth length, the outputs of a shift and a month as well as the location of malfunctions.
4. Magnetic powder brakes control the adjustable tension of pinned yarns.
5.Roller presses beam shaft to make it flat and reach the ideal coiling density.
6.Measuring the length, the line speed adopts Japanese Koyo encoding device.
7.The ups and downs of beam shaft are controlled by cylinder.
8.Still reed's transversal movement is controlled by the electric motor.
9.Main electric motor drive to rotate the beam shaft through reduction device.
10. Warping width is adjustable.
11.Static elimination device is equipped.
12.Safety rails and safety infrared rays switches are equipped to ensure the operator's safety.
13. Infrared automatic yarn broken stop motion is equipped to control the machine stop when yarn break is detected, so as to ensure the warping quality.
