Working priniple
The mixing drum is equipped with rotating spiral blades or mixing arms, which are driven by an electric motor or hydraulic motor to forcibly shear and turn the materials to ensure sufficient mixing. The mixing time is short (usually 3-5 minutes) and the mixing uniformity is high, which is suitable for highly fluid or dry hard concrete. The hydraulic pumping mechanism (such as S valve or gate valve) sucks the concrete into the pumping pipeline under the push of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system drives the piston to reciprocate and pushes the concrete to the pouring point through the pipeline. The maximum horizontal conveying distance can reach 500-800 meters and the vertical height can reach 100-150 meters (specific parameters vary depending on the equipment model). PLC or mechanical control is used to adjust the mixing speed, pumping pressure and delivery volume to achieve precise operation.
