Wheat flour mill machine cleaning section can cleaning the wheat, which is combined the sifter and destoner together to get pure wheat .
Wheat flour machine milling section use roller mill and double bin sifter to mill the wheat and grading the wheat product.
1.The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit. And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.
2.The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.
3.The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust,sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).

1.In the 42t/24h wheat flour mill machine, 10 sets of Roller Mills are working stable and keep the capacity is more than 42tons per 24hours.
2.In the 42t/24h wheat grinding machine, includes 4 sets of double bin sifter and one single sifter, we will give you different hole size of mesh screens, to get the different size of final products.
It is the special equipment designed according to the power of the product line with the function of protecting motor, giving alarm and easy control.
No corrosion,high working pressure and high tightness.The lifetime is three times than galvanized one.

2.Touch screen system

It is easy to start the wheat flour mill machine.
In these part, we use MITSUBISHI PLC MODULE.
It can start the wheat flour mill by one button.
You can see every process condition on the screen.
The language can be set to English, French,etc as your needs.
The controlling system are PLC automatic and touch screen control system for the flour mill, which is advanced operation, and easily operation. The complete line can operate with one button .With a working history checking system. With fault alarm system.
