This machine is suitable to print bopp, pet, cpp, pe, pvc, nylon, paper etc.,
it is widely used in soft packaging like food bag, shopping bag, shrink sleeve label etc.
Feature: 1. Electrical line shaft controlling system, each printing unit, infeed and outfeed are
driven by independent servo motor 2. Chassis without connection which is stable during high speed running
3. Unwind and rewind each controlled by two servo motor, automatic splicing
4. Infeed and outfeed controlled by servo motor 5. Horizontal and vertical automatic register, video inspection monitor installed
at both unwinder and rewinder side which is convenient for operation 6. Each printing unit is equipped with ink transfer roller 7. Equipped with movable ink tank cart which is convenient for ink exchange, ink tank
and inner side of frame are pasted with Teflon material to avoid cleaning
8. Pneumatic ink circulation, pneumatic doctor blade, pneumatic pressing roller 9. Ground exhaust and side exhaust can effectively recycle smelly air 10. Water cooling and air cooling
11. Floating roller to adjust tension
12. Heating by electric or hot air or gas or thermal oil
