1.Raw materials receiving section,like corn,soymeal,etc. It include cleaner,magnet seperator,elevator,dust collecting system,etc
2.Raw material Crushing system,it include the hammer mill,dust collector,elevator,etc
3.Batching and Mixing section: It include batching bins,batching scales,feed mixer, oil /molasses adding system,elevator,etc
4.Pelleting and cooling system, it need steam which comes from boiler. It include feeding device,conditioner.
The cooler normally match with crumbler to get more different products. Like crumbler feed for chicken,etc
5.Sifting and packaging section: Vibration sifter will select out unqualified products and return to pelleting again. Qualified feeds production will be packed in different KG sacks to be sold in market or self-use.

1. High precision gear direct-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency and running stabilization.
2. Conditioner end is special sealed, axial steam spraying make material connect with steam more enough.
3. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
4. Ring die special design for low bulk density pelleting.
5. External discharging can be carried out by pulling out the external discharging lever arm of feed chute to prevent feed from entering the pellet chamber for the convenience of trial run and breakdown removal.
