Product Description High speed and shear rate are the most important for obtaining ultra -fine suspension emulsion. Within this speed range, the turbulence combined by the shear force combined with the specially developed motor can make the particle size range to the nano -level. The shear force is stronger and the particle size of the lotion is narrow.
The third -level high -scissors emulsion machine is mainly used for the production of micro -emulsion and ultra -fine suspension emulsion. Because the three groups of decentralized heads (stator+rotor) in the work cavity are also working at the same time. After the lotion is cut high, the droplets are more delicate and the particle size distribution is narrower, so the stability of the generated hybrid fluid is better. The three groups of scattered heads are easy to replace, suitable for different process applications. Different types of machines in this series have the same line speed and shear rate, which is very easy to expand large -scale production. It is also in line with CIP/SIP cleaning standards, suitable for food and pharmaceutical production.
