GM6036R Production Description
1. Machine tool performance:
GM6036R is a heavy-duty cutting machine tool, which mainly processes large and medium-sized castings and welded parts. It is suitable for parts processing in the aerospace, energy, engineering machinery, machine tools, vehicles and other industries. It has the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, flexibility and environmental protection. Its performance indicators and accuracy indicators meet the relevant national standards.
2. Overall machine structure characteristics:
The worktable is movable, the gantry is fixed, the Z axis is a fully enclosed square slide, and the X and Y axes use heavy-duty linear rails.
3. Main transmission structure characteristics:
The main motor is arranged at the top of the slide, and an imported reduction gearbox is selected. The reduction gearbox and the spindle are equipped with an oil cooling system.
4. Feed structure characteristics:
The X, Y and Z axes are all driven by high-precision ball screws and equipped with imported reduction gearboxes. The Z axis is equipped with a nitrogen balance device.
5. Operating system:
Two high-performance CNC systems are available: FANUC 0i-MF(1) and SIEMENS 828D.
6. Optional configuration:
Tool magazine, right-angle milling head, extended milling head, extended right-angle milling head, universal milling head, etc.
7. Manufacturing specifications:
