1,PVC Profile Extrusion Line
YF series PVC profile extrusion line is mainly used in PVC door & window profile,wide door panel,window board,extrusion of multi-holes tube for passing through lines(four holes,six holes,eight holes,etc).For different sectional surface and die head,twin parallel(conicall)screw extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table,haul-off unit,cutting unit,tilter and other auxiliary equipments.
Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 60kg/h to 700kg/h.The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique of our 66 Co. stable work, good reliablility and large pulling force.Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extrusion.Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.All movements are controlled by imported PLC to ensure a reasonable design and stable operation,to conduct automatic cutting with fixed length and to provide power & dust suction device.With different die tooling,the tilter platform can choose specificaitons such as 4-meter,6-meter,8-meter,etc.With twin parallel screw extruder,it's particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile materials.
2,PVC/PE/PP/Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line
Wood plastic profile extrusion lines adopt special desin screw & barrel,die head and processing technique for wood plastic products.Series of products includes:One step wood plastic thick plate equipment,One step wood plastic profile equipment,One step decorative material equipment, Wood plastic granulation equipment and all kinds of wood plastic die head.
Make double extruders operate simultaneously or two-stage process extrusion after granulation can both be power saving,space efficient,high output and extrusion pressure steady-going.Preheat filling machine on top of main extruder,extract most of wate remaining in wood powder to make the feeding stage of extruder more solidified,plasticization and mixing forms much better.Optimized screw design allows a small clearance to make wood fiber not easy to shear and to ensure melting material residence well distributed.Screw & barrel made with bimetallic and nitride to ensure wear resistance and corrosion ressistance of equipment,so as to prolong service time.
This line can be applied to wood plastic profiled products such as PE,PP,PVC.It's mainly used for pallet,packing plate,floor and outdoor decorating materials.The addition of wood powder and plant fiber is very high(max proportion can be 50-70%) and the equipment is very adoptable to process materials such as PP,PE,APS,PS,and so on.

a. Quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during transportation: In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, buyer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the cargo at destination port.Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the cargo caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b.Guarantee period and after service:1 year since date of bill of lading.Within guarantee period,66 Plastic Machinery will provide free spare parts in case of quality discrepancy caused by us.If the malfunctions are caused by buyer's incorrect operations,we will charge for related spare parts.
c.Long term service: Charged spare parts and long term technical guide are available.
3.Overseas After Service
a.After machines are delivered to destination plant,buyer has to finish preparation work such as electricity supply,water supply,labors and cranes,etc.
b.66 Plastic Machinery will apply visa for engineers who are responsible for overseas lively guide of machine installation and testing.
c.Buyer will pay for round way air tickets for engineer and afford expenses generated such as visa commission charge,room and board,allowance of USD100/day for each engineer.
