Multi-Disc Thickener for Paper Pulp Recycling Machine
Application:
By adopting the vacuum coming from the drop leg extraction, and also with helps from filtration media, Disc Filter separates the soilds & filtrates and gets different quality filtrates divided by the distribution valve. Currently Disc Filter is widely used for white water recycling and pulp thicking. When used as saveall, it recycles water and fibers; when used for thicking, it achieve high production rate via unit machine but low fiber loss content. Outlet consistency can reach to 12-14%. Its performance has successfully reached to the national advanced standards.
Advantage: Sectors with different structures, large effective filtering area, economical, high strength, and easy to replace. All models and sizes available, filtering areas can be modified upon capacity requirements. Distribution plate made of special wear resistant material with good seal effect.
