TRDL SERIES HIGH SPEED CNC DRILLING MACHINE FOR RAILS
Applicable industry:
Mainly used for processing turnout rail in the basic rail and AT rail rail waist at the connection hole using carbide drill drilling process, automated production can be realized, reducing the labor intensity of workers, greatly improving labor productivity.
Product Feature:
The machine bed is separated from the table, and the moving column and the drilling power head are mounted on the bed. A strong electromagnetic suction cup is installed on the machine table to tighten the workpiece. The working table is installed with manual tilting wedge type auxiliary support device at the end away from the discharging rollers.
The drilling power box adopts ram-type structure, guided by large-size roller guideway, which is installed on the column with large cross-section size to improve the rigidity of the machine tool, and the up and down movement is driven by AC servomotor driven ballscrew sub-subsidiary, and the upper part is equipped with balancing oil cylinder.
The drilling power box adopts high-speed precision spindle with spindle servo motor. It has the function of automatic tool change and is equipped with linear tool magazine with four tool positions to improve the machining efficiency.
The moving column is installed with a pressing oil cylinder, which presses the workpiece and improves the clamping rigidity when machining rails.
The movement of the main machine on the bed and the movement of the power head on the column are equipped with a separate magnetic scale inspection system, which can ensure the positioning accuracy of the coordinate movement.
The drilling tool adopts indexable carbide U drill, and the spindle is hollow and cooled by air mist.
Optional counter-angle chamfering unit is available. Product Parameters

After Sales Service
Installation:
The seller shall send one engineer to the buyer's country for installation, commissioning and training. The buyer is responsible to provide all necessary equipments for handling and lifting the machine parts before seller's engineers go to the buyer's plant. In addition, the buyer should provide workers to support in installation activities, under supervision from the seller's engineers.

Commission:
The Supplier should give drawings and other details of material/preparation required for installation of machinery which the buyer has to prepare and keep ready before the machine arrives at the buyer's factory. Installation and commissioning can be finished within 5-10 days for above machine generally.

Training:
Training will include training on computer programming, machine operation and troubleshooting. The training time is at most 5 days for this machine.
The buyer should arrange no less than two people for accepting training. After training, the buyer should sign the "Receiving & Inspection Report" supplied by the seller to demonstrate the successful finish of commissioning and acceptance of the buyer.
