This flat bed CNC lathe is mainly used to process various shaft and disk parts. It can turn various threads, arcs, cones and internal and external surfaces of rotating bodies, and can meet the speed requirements of high-speed chips of Ferrous and nonferrous metals. Suitable for efficient, large-scale, and high-precision processing of rotating parts in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, electronics, aerospace.
1.1 The CNC lathe adopts an electromechanical integrated design, with beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, low noise, and high positioning accuracy. Widely used and easy to operate, it can automatically complete the internal and external circles, grooves, end faces, spherical surfaces of various parts, as well as thread processing of various male and British manufactured cylinders and cones.
1.2 The numerical control system is programmed with ISO international code, manually input by keyboard, equipped with RS232 communication interface, power failure protection and various self diagnosis functions.
1.3 The spindle system has good rigidity. The spindle adopts variable frequency and stepless speed regulation. The spindle has a large aperture and can be equipped with complete accessories. Suitable for complex parts of various shapes, long shafts, and disk parts.
1.4 The bed has high stiffness, and the bed guide rail adopts Taiwan linear slide rail, which has the characteristics of high accuracy and efficiency.
The 1.5 machine tool adopts servo motor drive for longitudinal and transverse cutting, and precision ball screw drive.
