PVC Free Foamed Board Production Line
The machinery is designed specially for PVC surface crusting foamed board production line. It uses the PVC plastic as the main material , added some plastic addtive by the processing of plastify, shaping to be made a flat board.

The structure of the screw:
specially designed for PVC grain, through the conical gear
meshing, counter-rotatingoutward with speed: 1 ~ 34.7 r/m.
Screw material: high-quality alloy steel - 38CrMoAlA,hi-temp nitriding treatment,
nitrided depth: 0.5~0.7mm, surface hardness: HV740 ~ 940.
Core department of the screw: temperature is controlled by thermostat,and
balanced by thermal recycling system.
