NINGBO HAOYUE PROFESSIONAL FULLY JACQUARD COLLAR KNITTING MACHINE Specially designed for knitting collar and rib; through the extreme requirements in straightness, flatness and precision of machine parts such as bed- base, guide rail, needle-bed, cam-board and cams. We solved these problems that fabric lines grain is not clear, two edges of collar are different and flatness is not enough.This series with milling type needle bed. This series adopts digital technology, which can realize the functions of transfer, tuck, hole picking, jacquard, needle narrowing, and other regular pattern knitting functions of the flat knitting machine. This series can weave basic knitting patterns (full needle, single side, Etc.), multi-color irregular jacquard, and twisted weft knitting. This series is suitable for knitting collar and clothing accessories. This series used DAHAO control system.

SINGLE CARRIAGE Linear velocity of the head can reach 1.6m/s. Each system is equipped with five functions as rib transfer, weaving, non-weave and pin. In addition, it is secured by short-circuited electromagnetism, motor overcurrent. Locked-Rotor, etc...

NEEDLE BED Insert part fits with the needle are made of imported steel through fine blanking and grinding, which reduces the wear and tear of the stitches, decreases the resistance of the stitches, and effectively improves the knitting efficiency.

DOUBLE CARRIAGE Linear velocity of the head can reach 1.6m/s. Each system is equipped with five functions as rib transfer, weaving, hangging head, non-weave and pin. Can work separately or in combination with double system.

YARN GUIDE RAIL 4/3 pcs yarn guide rail, can 8/6 yarns can be used by any weaving system and can be switched at any position.

SERVO MOTOR Using cani control, can achieve the rapid return and direction changing of the machine carriage, accurate positioning, smooth conmutation .

8/6 PCS YARN FEEDER The 8/6 yarns can be switched at any position. According to different knitting speed the control program can automatically adjust the position.

AUTOMATIC RESET PROBE Automatic reset function, which ensures any deviation of the probe can be reset automatically regardless of the area.

POSITIVE YARN FEEDER Positive yarn providing, successfully reduce yarn resistance, increase knitting efficiency.

LYCRAYARN DEVICE In order to make the machine work better, we have developed 24-hours intelligent system for automatic refueling.
