1. draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc by Auto CAD
2. cut the zinc steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, open the lock and hingles hole by mold
3. weld the steel tube to the door and windows frame, then rub down the welding line
4. surface powder coating in black, white or other color
5. install the glass

lock and handle we have two kinds of lock and handle.one is lock and handle together(picture 1/2/3/4/5), another is lock and handle seperately, the handle is fixed( picture 6)
the length of the handle can be customers.
usually most of customers choose the picture 6 handle for interior room, don't need the lock, just handle
choose another handle and lock for exterior door.
Packing & Delivery inside package is by bubble bag and carton, outside package is steel frame wood case,this can have the strong protection for the glass door. The shipping marks is customized The large quantity of door and window, we use the container to ship , every door or window will load in order, don't need the package by wood case.
