The automatic double-side stretch film vacuum packaging machine for eggs is designed to meet the packaging needs of various industries. This innovative machine make film double-side stretching and double-side forming.
At first, a bottom film is heated and then stretched according to shape of a mould in forming area.
Second, the materials(eggs) to be packed are put into the formed bottom film.
Third, a top film is heated and then stretched according to shape of a mould in another forming area.
Forth, the formed top film covers the formed bottom film and then they are vacuum formed perfectly in vacuum chamber.
At last, the materials(eggs) are transported and cut into independent packaging bags.

We have incorporated an automatic correction device for the top film and the bottom film, ensuring smooth operation.

Easy cleaning of waste egg white: The egg white drainage and filtering module can stop liquid from entering vacuum pump and make collection of egg white easy, simplifying the cleaning process.

A1: Usually it will take 45 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver. At first, it will take 10 working days to make the technical drawing. Second, it will take 15 working days to manufacture the parts and make them ready to assemble. In the last 20 working days, the machine will be assembled and tuned to make sure it is ready to deliver.
Q2: What do you need to make a specific offer for my product?
A2: To make a special offer we will need the dimension(s) of the package(s) you want to use on this machine. We also need the approximate production volume you need per day. If with other special request please also inform us before we make the project.
