Usage scope:
1000L Herb Leaves Flower Oil Extractor Distill Flowers Aroma Essential Oil Extraction Equipment means it is using the steam distill extraction machine equipment to extract the aroma essential oil from the herbal raw material like the flowers Rose, Osmanthus fragrans, wild chrysanthemum, lavender, wormwood, Chimonanthus praecox, Sophora japonica, mint, Jasmine,chamomile etc.
Flowers Essential Oil Extraction have differents type methods to get the essential oil :
1). For water based extraction method: water and flowers raw material are put into the extraction tank and start to give heat source to the inside shell product. After the inside shell extraction tank boiling, and maintenance boiling for some time . then use the transfer pump to transfer the extraction solution to the collection tank .after the water/oil separator machine ,the essential oil will be collected and keep storage.
2). For solvent based extraction method:solvent and flowers raw material are put into in the extraction tank and start to give heat source to the inside shell raw material product. After the inside shell extraction tank boiling, and maintenance boiling for some time . then use the transfer pump to transfer the extraction solution to the collection tank , and then use the evaporator machine to evaporate the solvent and left the essential oil and collected and storagr
3). For steam direct distill extraction method : first add the flower into the extraction tank, the steam distill the inside flower raw material directly, the steam take the essential oil outlet and vapor , then use the condenser to condensate the vapored water with essential oil ,then use the water/oil separator unit to collect the essential oil and drain the water
