Prestressing Mono jack is a kind of multi-purpose prestressed tension equipment. Prestressing Mono jack is mainly used for single-hole tensioning, and can also be used for porous prestressing, tensioning and drainage. Prestressing Mono jack is suitable for a variety of specifications and sizes of high-strength steel wire and steel strand.
Prestressing Mono jack is suitable for stressing single hole tension, group anchor by root tension, troubleshooting, withdrawing anchor and filling tension. As far as the Prestressing strand wire strength is concerned, it can stretch the following 2000 grade Φ15.24 steel wire, Φ12.7 steel wire.
Prestressing Mono jack is small, light weight and high efficiency. It is important to note that the reserved length of the kilo-card strand is short (about 260mm). It is especially suitable for high altitude or small space location.
Prestressing Mono jack is used with double circuit oil pump 63Mpa and above.

Product structure
1.Prestressing Mono jack tensioning cylinder and return cylinder both adopt double seal to improve seal reliability. Prestressing Mono jacks are sealed with Grey-ring or Sterring for reliable sealing.
2.Prestressing Mono jack two cylinders and piston head are designed as a whole, avoiding the possibility of failure due to two-body welding or two-body connection with threads.
3.Prestressing the improved design of Mono jack wear-resistant ring and wear-resistant sleeve can avoid the possibility of the assembly type being forced out and improve product reliability.
