P4Z/P5Z/P6Z
An axial fan, also known as a propeller fan or a blowers, moves air primarily along the rotor axis, perpendicular to the rotation plane. They are called "axial" because the air moves parallel to the shaft (axis) of the fan.
The P4Z/P5Z/P6Z series axial flow fans are available in a wide range of applications including HVAC, compressors and engine driven equipment. The blade size is designed to ensure that the flow rate of the airflow through the blade remains very uniform throughout the blade's surface to achieve optimum fan performance. The fan diameter ranges from 305 to 1343mm, and the blade twist angle can be adjusted from 20° to 50° to meet the different application requirements of the customer. The P4Z/P5Z blade is only the geometric enlargement of the P6Z, and the root design is identical. The root is locked in the fan hub by a steel fixing pin, which ensures that the blade will not be displaced after installation and the twist angle remains unchanged.Blades molded from high-strength thermoplastic materials or die-cast from aluminum alloys have the following advantages:

Z-type fans are available in six fan hub models, from 5 blades to 16 blades. This series of fan hubs are made of die-cast aluminum, so they are resistant to corros ion and high strength. In some cases, the number of blades assembled will be less than the maximum number of blades that can be installed. Columns such as 12 blades correspond to up to 12 blades in the Z-fan hub, but only 6 blades can be inserted. The remaining 6 blade root vacancies are inserted into a special insert.
We offer a wide range of bushings to meet the needs of a wide range of fan connections. For fans driven by hydraulic motors, the coupling shaft (conical or cylindrical) is generally small in size. We can provide forging and casting. Heat treated bushing.
The bushing diameter, the key and the optional
countersunk screw hole can be supplied according to the customer's design requirements. We can also provide the bushing directly processed from the bar according to the customer's requirements.
