It is a brown powder by rendering pressing the cooked whole fish or fish trimmings to remove most of the fish oil and water, and then ground. What remains is the "fishmeal".
The fish meal processing line mainly consists of a cooker, a press, a dryer, a cooler and a hammer mill etc.It is a modern design with easy operation, low energy consumption, low maintenance and long work life. The finished products are high quality fish meal and oil. Simple process introduction
The raw fish or fish steaks and waste are fed into crusher, and then continuously fed into the cooker by a conveyor.After the material is cooked, it is directly put into the press to get meal cake and oil. Meal cake goes into the dryer to dry.
Sizing
The pre-breaker is installed as the first stage of a fish meal plant , All knives and anvils are hard faced .Low operation costs are assured.The motor size and breaker shaft speed can be adjusted to the required capacity.
Pressing
Large capacity , occupy a small workshop area .Low power consumption , easy operation , management and maintenance. Low residual oil press cake , good oil quality , the processed cake is loose and not fragile .
Cooking&heating
The cooker is to cook fish via high temperature..It's a main machine of the whole line.The indirect cooker are applied in processes where high yield from raw material of variable quality and composition is required .
Disc dryer
Indirectly steam-heated and designed for continuous cooking or drying of animals by-products or fish. The rotor consists of a central pipe on which vertically arranged and parallel discs with double walls have been welded. This design results in a concentrated heating surface offering maximum evaporation capacity in a compact design.
Horizontal centrifuge
1.Three phase separation; 2.Recover sludge efficiently, effect good oil separation;
3.The parts contacting with material are made of stainless steel;
4.8-10t/h capacity, stepless adjustable motor;
Mill
The mill is used to reduce the particle size of greaves after fat extractions. The reduction in size required at this stage dependson whether the meal is used directly in compound feeds or it will bepassed through a further stage of size reduction.
Air condition
The Air Condition is designed for condensing the processing vapours emitted from cooking or drying of meat or fish by products. The condensed water can be recycled to other plant.
Cooler
The quick water-flow type cooler will cool down the power and granular material. When the material gets cool, this machine will select out different size products.
