Packaging & Shipping
For packaging, we meticulously prepare essential wear parts such as springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyebolts, securely packing them with the mould.
1. Conduct a thorough check of all mould components.
2. Clean the mould cavity/core meticulously and apply slushing oil evenly over the mould.
3. Ensure the mould surface is pristine and generously apply slushing oil across it.
4. Carefully encase the mould within a robust wooden case.
5. Execute swift and secure transit using a container for transportation.
