Process Principle of Belt Presser Belt Presser is the use of two press filter belts to clamp the fruit pulp after bypassing the multi-stage diameter of the press roller, due to the effect of the tension of the net belt, the external pressure filter belt around the press roller on the fruit pulp between the two belt to produce pressure, so that the juice through the pressure filter belt discharge, to achieve the effect of juicing. Filter belt with Belt Presser is made of nylon filament woven with warp and weft. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, food hygiene, convenient juice making, non-water absorption and high strength. When working, the air bag tensioning filter belt is adopted, and the special valve controls the deviation of the belt, which is stable and avoids overload, reliable and realizes the whole process automation.
