Crafted from high-strength HT300 one-piece structure, this precision casting of iron bed features a 30-degree step type flat rail design. Utilizing advanced finite element analysis, it offers exceptional mechanical rigidity and stability, ensuring long-term precision, operational stability, and extended tool life. The stress relief process enhances accuracy and stability. The high-strength roller rail architecture, paired with a screw pre-tension drive system, significantly boosts response rigidity.
Engineered to process both ends of a workpiece simultaneously in a single clamping, this design streamlines manual operations, boosts production, and minimizes process steps. The secondary spindle handles comprehensive turning and workpiece expression during machining, thereby reducing cycle times.
1.Direct-drive synchronous electric spindle system: Magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminates spindle vibration, maintaining nose-end deflection accuracy within 0.002 mm. Enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor offers easy installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor is equipped with an advanced cooling system to mitigate thermal deviation and ensure a consistent operational temperature. The spindle system has successfully passed rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and superior efficiency. This enables the machine to excel in both finishing and rough machining, as well as heavy-duty cutting. It is particularly well-suited for mass production of complex, high-finish products.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret with rapid and precise tool change capabilities. The tool holder features a high-rigidity BMT interface, driven by a servo spindle motor for optimal power transmission.
3. Equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws, this machine ensures maximum precision and durability. The heat-treated, precision-ground ball screws guarantee sustained accuracy. Each axis utilizes a direct transfer shaft structure and double-anchor pre-relay method to minimize thermal displacement, enhancing machining accuracy. The high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, extending service life.
4. Standard configuration includes the FANUC system, with feed drives powered by FANUC servo motors.
5. The sophisticated hydraulic and lubrication system features high-quality hydraulic pumps and valves, greatly reducing failure rates. The system design is both simple and reliable.
6. Includes a Taiwan rotary chuck, oil cylinder, and automatic chip removal device to significantly reduce operator labor intensity, ensuring safe and efficient production. All functional components can be programmed for control, with special fixtures available.
