CKD-PLMD-20, V22.05 is a portable moving fiber laser marking machine. Put the focus holder of marking head on material, press the button on the handle of the marking head, the laser will mark set content on the surface of the material quickly.
V22.05 version is much smaller and lighter weight, the moving the whole machine is only 13Kg, and the cabinet is with wheels to easy moving.
The touch controller is installed on the cabinet of the machine, much easily operation for moving marking work.
APLICATION:
CKD-PLMD-20, V22.05 solve the problem of heavy or huge material logo marking, the material doesn't have to move to put under the marking head, manually put the marking head on the material flexibly.
EASY OPERATION: Set parameter by the touch controller on the surface the cabinet of the machine. Put the focus holder on the material. Press the button on the handle to mark. The whole process does not need focus adjustment, the user does not need to walk away to set parameter on a separated touch controller, never worry about the signal transmission problem from touch controller to machine.
On the holder, the user can choose acrylic if they have laser protect goggles, or choose laser protect glass, which is professional OD4+, protective wavelength 200-450 & 800-2000nm.
After moving the focus holder, CKD-PLMD-20, V22.05 becomes a simple laser cleaning machine, it can clean the oil contamination, rust, coating, smudging and so on.
