1. The main structure of the double cylinder shear is made of Swedish welded 400 wear-resistant plate.
2. The pin shaft is made of 42CrMo alloy steel with high strength and good toughness.
3. The oil cylinder adopts rolling technology and imported NSK oil seal, which is lightweight and has a long service life.
4. The blade is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which is resistant to high temperature and deformation.
5. Plunger rotary motor, using vertical brake system, driven by self-protection hydraulic motor, capable of 360 degree rotation, equipped with customized balance valve to fix the scissor angle.
6. Small in size and more flexible, the dual cylinder ensures strong shear force, and high dismantling and shearing of steel bars in iron cans are more advantageous.
7. Detachable blade and jaw plate.
