2.Finished product less or without scrap for strong strength.

Advantages of 3D blowing technology
Compared with the traditional blow molding technology, the advantages of 3D technology:
To improve the quality of products by avoiding extrusion joint:
*The wall thickness is well-distributed
*No strength weakened, because it can avoid raw material accumulation and notch.
*Can use raw materials which are generally not allowed to be extruded.
*Can avoid the weakness of the joint on short-glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic materials.
*Less recycled material, can reduce the risk of damage to sensitive polymer decomposition and fiber.
*Less flash weight:
*Lower investment cost, using smaller extruder and lower clamping force, no need expensive deflashing device, using smaller ancillaries(including crusher, mixer, conveyor and cooling system).
*Lower production costs, energy saving, less energy consumption on motor and heating due to using less energy on less raw material plasticizing and cooling.
Radial wall-thickness control system
RWDS(Radial wall-thickness control system) can avoiding the problem of not-balanced wall thickness in the bending section the products. lt can adjust the thickness of a small parison randomly in radial-direction.
