Hydraulic undercarriage
We expertly produce pontoons for excavators of all sizes, ranging from 5 to
50 tons.Our skilled engineering team meticulously designs and tests all
aspects of the pontoons. These are then integrated with a driving motor and our self-developed chains. Notably, we boast a decade-long history of producing specialized chains.
Material of Undercarriage Pontoons:Our pontoons are typically crafted from robust Q355B manganese steel.
Anti-corrosion Tech
Operating under water demands superior resistance to corrosion. We have significantly enhanced our procedures by introducing automatic shot blasting and de-rusting, followed by a dust-free spray paint application,and a high-temperature baking paint finish.
Adjustable Pontoon
The roller mechanism between the two pontoons can be adjusted, allowing you to narrow or extend the space between them. This feature enables efficient operation in confined spaces and enhances stability and efficiency in more open conditions by extending the distance.

In-house Manufactured Chains
We ensure the highest quality control through in-house design and production.
You can choose between two-chain or three-chain configurations. The three-chain option is ideal for challenging conditions, allowing the excavator to return to the maintenance area even if one chain breaks.
