3. Electro hydraulic servo valve system, fully closed-loop control slider synchronization, with an accuracy of 0.01mm..
4. The entire machine adopts a fully welded steel plate structure.
5. CNC system is used to control the hydraulic deflection compensation device.
6. The rear bumper is equipped with a high-performance servo motor and ball screw.

High Strenth Frame
- The machine is welded with steel plates as a whole, with good rigidity, high strength, and excellent resistance to twisting and deformation.
- The frame and the upper working slider are processed by precision machine tools such as large CNC floor boring and milling imported from Germany, ensuring the positional requirements of each mounting surface.
Hight Quality Press Tooling
- Press tooligs are made of 42CrMo mold steel, with an overall hardness of 47 degrees, excellent quality, and durability;
- The upper mold is installed on the slider and is fixed by a precision fast clamping device.The lower die can be single V,double V or multi V.
Electrical Cabinet
- The electrical components mainly adopt the French brand, which meets international standards, is safe and reliable, and has strong anti-interference ability.
- Equipped with a movable foot switch control station, with emergency stop function for easy operation.
