The NCS molecular membrane, or membrane cover, acts as an effective 'climate chamber' for composting, offering a cost-effective, simple, and flexible alternative to closed designs. Externally, the material pile is safeguarded against weather and rain, while internally, an optimal climate for microorganisms is maintained, facilitating the fastest conversion of waste to high-quality compost. NCS Molecular Membrane This system employs a highly functional cover over the compost heap, incorporating a three-ply membrane made of two top-quality UV-resistant fabrics and a water-tight yet breathable semipermeable membrane.
The membrane provides robust protection against weather impacts and rainwater, while internally containing odors, dust, germs, and bacteria, yet remains permeable to air and moisture.
