This upward continuous casting production line is specially used for producing high-conductivity oxygen-free copper rods or oxygen-free copper tubes. When the size of the crystallizer and the mechanical clamping wheel is changed, flat products with other cross-section specifications can also be produced.
The continuous casting production line is composed of a large three combined body furnace, a continuous casting machine, a guide frame, a speed tracking device, double-rod wire coiling machines, water cooling system, temperature measuring system, copper liquid level tracking system and inductors, electrical systems, etc.

Production process

raw materials (electrolytic copper) are fed into melting furnace in sequence and are melted to be molten copper→ molten copper goes to transition vessel → molten copper goes to holding furnace → molten copper goes to crystallizer and is crystallized to be copper rod → copper rod goes to traction device and is in upward traction→ copper rod goes to output frame → copper rod goes to wire separating frame (avoid copper rod twining each other→) copper rod goes to the automatic tracking device (control the wire coiling speed)→ copper rod goes to the coiling machine and is coiled in circles → goes to the next processing procedure.

Our Advantages
The oxygen content of copper rod is below 10ppm. The machine equipments have complete functions and reasonable technical parameters, which can realize automatic control. The equipments have automatic temperature measurement and temperature control functions; Melting furnace and holding furnace, when the copper liquid in the furnace reaches the set temperature, there is display and light and sound signalling indicators, and the casting temperature can be controlled in a closed loop. The prodcution line has melting furnace, holding furnace cooling water temperature, pressure monitoring and alarm function. The coil and the water jacket device are equipped with cooling water inlet and backwater thermometer, pressure gauge, valve, etc. Melting furnace and holding furnace are equipped with digital display of temperature, protection and alarm functions such as over load, over voltage, grounding, water over temperature, water under voltage, etc.The electric control of melting and holding furnace is completely independent from that of the whole unit. The crystallizer size can be adjusted. Crystallizer cooling water distribution device is equipped with cooling water inlet and backwater thermometer, pressure gauge, valve, etc. The system is made of stainless steel (304). The control program of the traction machine can be selected according to the process requirements, and the slip between the casting billet and the traction device is eliminated during traction. Synchronous transmission of casting strip is guaranteed by AC frequency conversion servo motor. All the data during the operation of the equipment can be displayed on the monitor of the operating platform in the form of a picture (more than 10 inches), through the monitoring components and control components arranged throughout the equipments.
