Product Description

This type of horizontal coil spreader is mainly used for lifting cold rolled coil or the steel coil with strict protection requirements for the end face of the steel coil
1. The spreader is equipped with photoelectric steel coil protection system, which can provide all-round protection for steel coil during loading, unloading and hoisting, ensuring that the steel coil is intact during the entire loading, unloading and hoisting process.
2. The electric control system of the type of horizontal coil steel coil spreader adopts PLC control, and the connection between the crane and the aviation socket is adopted, which is plug and play, convenient and reliable.
3. Each motor of the horizontal coil spreader is equipped with a friction torque limiter, which can prevent the motor from being blocked and damaged when the horizontal coil clamp encounters a fault during operation.
4. The clamp leg opening and closing mechanism of the horizontal coil spreader is provided with a ratchet device. When the clamp leg is not opened, the back ratchet device is locked to prevent the horizontal coil spreader from accidentally opening the clamp leg after being subjected to unpredictable external forces such as impact.
