Chassis design: Beans generally grow in dry land, and some chickpeas grow on slopes. Our company's bean harvester is specially developed for the geographical environment of dry land and slope beans. The chassis harvester for slope beans has a low ground clearance of only 220mm and a wide track distance of 1450mm. The advantage is that the center of gravity of the whole machine is low, driving is safe, and it is not easy to roll over. According to statistics, under the same conditions, the incidence of rollover accidents decreases by 6% for every 20mm reduction in the center of gravity of the harvester. Safety is the first consideration in harvester design.
Operation efficiency: 2400mm wide cutting table makes the whole machine harvesting efficiency higher, reaching 0.6-0.8 hectares/hour, matched with 2200mm long extended threshing drum and vibrating screen, which can meet the threshing and cleaning processing capacity under high-speed harvesting state. Widened cutting table, solid chassis, extended threshing system, the whole machine weight reaches 4.1 tons.
the air-conveying seed conveying replaces the spiral auger conveying method on the rice and wheat combine harvester, which reduces the breakage rate and dyeing of the fruit during conveying. The beans are of good quality and high selling price. The price of beans used as commodities is 3 times higher than that of beans used as feed.
The secondary threshing of short straw adopts the innovative top threshing drum secondary threshing, not the double threshing device threshing like the rice machine. Reduce the breakage rate of secondary threshing. The bottom of the header and the conveying trough are equipped with dust leakage holes to reduce the mixing of beans with soil.
One machine for multiple uses. This bean harvester can harvest most beans except chickpeas, such as mung beans, red beans, peas, and soybeans. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the harvester throughout the year, rice and wheat can also be harvested after replacing some parts.
