Product DescriptionAT902 Automated Filter Tester is a universal tester, development according to the standard of NIOSH 42 CFR 84, EN 149:2009, it mainly used for detecting the efficiency of the particulate respirator filtration and detecting the filtration efficiency and resistance of material. Using high precision photometer as detector to ensure accurate results.The tester is divided into two categories, oil and salt fog. The oil spray tester is using DEHS as aerosol and the salt spray tester using NaCl, the solution spray after Ruskin nozzle and drying, then form in to aerosol. The system adopts precision instrument to control flow and concentration, and through integrate of system to communicate with computer, the system has good stability, and it is easy to operate.By detecting the concentration of upstream and downstream, and then calculate the results through the formula. Airflow can be real-time monitored through electric proportional valve and flow meter, to ensure the accuracy of the test flow and the stability.
