Work Principle:
Suspensions will be put into the hermetic straining chamber by pump, at the function of the pressure, the suspension will flow through the filter layer, filter membrane and other filter materials, flow out through the filter membrane then, the filter residue will be left and become filter cake in the sheet frame, so purpose for the solid-liquid separation will be come true. - Made of SS 304 or SS 316L, corrosion-resistant, long life span resistance, and easy operation
- Use screw thread structure. Can change filtering media (uses filter membrane can remove the bacteria) according
to customer material and technical requirements (primary filtration / medial fine filtration/ fine filtration)
- Works under pressure without leakage and filtrates cleanly
- Can be used as multilevel filtering devices: first-level filtering media, second-level fine media, improve the filtering
effect and efficiency
- All seals are made of silica rubber, which can endure high temperatures and no toxicity, no leakage
