Slurry pump
ZJ series slurry pump is a high efficiency and energy saving, single stage, single suction, centrifugal slurry pump developed by our company. According to the structure type, it is divided into horizontal (ZJ type) and vertical (ZJL type), and the horizontal pump is divided into 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm and other specifications according to the outlet diameter. The vertical pump is divided into 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm and other specifications according to the outlet diameter.
This series of slurry pump has innovation in hydraulic design and structural design, and the flow parts are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron with strong abrasion resistance developed by ourselves. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, easy maintenance and so on. It is suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% for mortar and 60% for pulp. It can be run in series according to user needs. The series of slurry pump has passed the ministerial new product identification and provincial energy saving certification, the conclusion is that: the pump performance ranks the leading level in China, and the efficiency index of most pumps reaches the international advanced level.
ZJ series slurry pump has been listed as the original Ministry of Energy power science and technology achievements promotion project, the Ministry of metallurgy, the Ministry of Coal recommended selection products, by the Ministry of Power planning and design General Institute and equipment complete set Bureau listed 50-300MW thermal power unit main auxiliary machine selection products. In 1991, through the provincial "double mining" certification, the State Bureau of Technical Supervision approved the use of "international standard products" logo. ZJ series slurry pump has been rated as high quality products in Hebei Province, energy-saving products of the Ministry of Machinery, the 16th batch and 17th batch of energy-saving mechanical and electrical products promotion projects, national key new products. In 1998, it passed IS09001 quality system certification.
