Description: Plastic crusher is designed specially for breaking and crushing the the waste plastic with thickness less than 30mm to small size 8-18mm depends on the screen sieve size by customers' choice.2. Crushing chamber: The main box of crusher is processed by precision machine exactly with the strong welding structure. This kind of crusher features thick wall thickness, high strength, good wear resistance, no pollution, long life. The upper box can be opened easily by hydraulic system and repaired conveniently.3. Main axis: The main axis is processed with high quality steel after verifying the balance. Good toughness, stable working state,low shaking are the main features. The rotor with new V type cutting technology can be composed of three group blades, five group blades,seven group blades on the basis of different crushing material. This technology makes sure the blade can produce uniform granules with low energy and low noise.4. Sieve: The screen sieve is processed with high strength material. It can be installed easily with hydraulic system and changed conveniently.

We have 2 different models of the machine, V shape blades for soft material and Claw blades for hard material.

Plastic pipe/profile crusher machine
This machine is specially designed to recycle and crush the long material into small flakes.
Applicable materials: PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, PPR pipes, PVC profiles, WPC decking, etc.
We can supply different models of machine based on the raw material size and required machine capacity.
Plastic panel/board/sheet/pallet crusher
This is specially designed plastic crusher for recycling boards/ sheets/ panels such like PVC WPC foam boards, PVC ceiling panels, PVC WPC wall panels, plastic pallets, wooden pallets, etc. No need to cut or tear the raw material, can directly feed into the crusher machine.
The final material flakes size is 8-18mm depends on customer choice.
Machine production capacity is optional 100-1000kg/h based on customer's choice.
Small crusher
This crusher machine is used to deal with various kinds of small plastic waste, like small lumps, small sections of pipes , injections molded parts, small plastic bottles, etc. It can crush waste plastic into small size (8-18mm).
315-630mm big HDPE pipe fast crusher
This machine is a kind of rapid chipper machine, it is our new designed and patent product, it is used for recycling and crushing HDPE and PPR pipes with pipe diameter from 16 to 630mm, it can cut long pipes into small thin straps (40-60mm) very shortly, usually we suggest customers to add an additional normal crusher machine, to co-work with this fast chipper to make the final HDPE pipe flakes' size down to 12-16mm.
