Δ The workpiece axis is driven by a torque motor with hydrostatic structure. Δ The grinding wheel spindle incorporates a built-in wireless dynamic balancing device. Δ The machine is equipped with software for internal and external gear processing. It can perform tooth shape and tooth direction correction. Δ The machine is fitted with a contact-type gear alignment and measurement device, capable of automatically aligning gears and measuring gear accuracy online, and it can print out reports. Δ A dedicated operation interface with menu-style input ensures simplicity and ease of operation. Δ Equipped with an external fire extinguisher. Δ Features triple section gear grinding capability. Δ Comes with material allowance distribution functionality. Δ Equipped with two internal grinding tools, one large and one small. |
