Double Sided Automatic Tank Welding Machine(AGW)
It has features as following:
1.The efficiency is 30-50 times higher than traditional manual welding.
2.Applocable to both bottomto-top and top-to-bottom tank erection.
3.Standard machine suitable for shell plate width:1.3m to 2.8m,suitable for shell plate thickness from 8mm to 50mm.
4.One set of driving system can be applied for tank erection both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom.
5.90% of tank seam welding can be done automatically when match with AUTO Automatic girth seam welding machine and butt/corner seam welding machine.
6.Suitable for max. shell plate width of LNG tank 4.8m
7.Min.gap between doule shells of LNG tank800mm
8.Fisrt X-ray qualification rate above 99%.
It has the characteristics of adopting new CNC control technology, nice shaping of welding pass and good quality. The efficiency is 30-50 times higher than traditional manual welding by using DN1.2mm to DN1.6mm special automatic electro gas vertical welding wire.
It has bevel adapting function, which is able to automatically weld even if the beveling shape is irregular. It can also adapt to high speed welding in a slope angle less than 30 degrees. It works steadily in welding process and is easy to operate. With compact structure, simple operation and easy installation, it enhances welding efficiency and decreases welding preparation time in practical application.
