Installation and debugging Before the machine tool arrives at the destination, the buyer shall prepare the foundation installation and secondary grouting in advance (the seller shall provide the foundation drawings), so as not to have a significant impact on the accuracy of the machine tool.
2. After the machine arrives at the destination, the buyer shall unload and place the machine by himself. Party B shall place the machine tool in position on the adjustable pad iron. If the machine tool needs grouting foundation, the buyer shall pour the foundation well before the machine tool is in position.
3, before the commissioning personnel to go, the user needs to complete the preparatory work of three-phase power supply, three-phase four-core cable, compressed air source, and provide the above cable and gas pipe into the machine tool standard interface, for details, see "New Customer Notice".
4. After the machine tool is transported to the buyer, the two sides will count according to the contract quantity and packing list, and the user will sign on the list for confirmation after the inventory is completed. After the inventory is completed, the seller will carry out installation and debugging, and the customer will sign and confirm after the debugging is completed. Packing list and acceptance inspection of the machine in two copies, one copy of the user to keep, the other by the service personnel back to the company, and stored in the equipment file.
5. The service personnel designated by the seller shall be responsible for debugging.
Machine acceptance
1, the acceptance of machine tools is divided into two times: pre-acceptance and final acceptance.

3, the final acceptance in the user factory, by the seller sent for installation and commissioning, in principle only to test the processing accuracy; If the buyer has the corresponding hardware and software environment and facilities, our company can be accepted according to the equipment acceptance accuracy table of the technical contract.
4. The test pieces, cutting tools and special fixtures required for sample cutting shall be provided by the buyer, except for special agreements.
5, acceptance related matters:

6, the precision indicators of the machine tool shall be inspected according to the precision inspection table of the technical contract. If the buyer disputes the test results, the buyer can prepare the testing equipment and designate a national certification testing center for reinspection. In case of any dispute over the test results, the Buyer may prepare the testing equipment and appoint a national certified testing center to conduct the retest. If the test results are in conformity with the technical contract, the expenses incurred during the test period shall be borne by the Buyer. Before the test, the buyer must seal up and keep the machine tool. If the buyer starts the machine and uses it, it shall be regarded as having passed the acceptance.

Lubrication of moving parts
The machine adopts centralized automatic lubrication station for multi-point lubrication of the moving parts of the machine tool. Each lubrication point is used with the lubrication check valve to ensure that the moving parts of the machine tool can maintain good lubrication.
Before the installation and commissioning of the machine tool is completed and put into use, our company requires users to run the lubrication pump and carefully check each lubrication point to ensure that the whole lubricating oil road is smooth before using the machine tool.
Lubrication of rotating parts
