Denim , is a kind of thick yarn-dyed warp-faced twill cotton fabric, with dark warp yarn (usually indigo) and light weft yarn (usually light gray or white yarn after boiling), also known as indigo labor cloth. It is a common clothing fabric in our life. Weicheng make needle pucnhing processing on the basis of the original denim to make its appearance more distinctive.
The needle punching process of denim can be divided into two parts: needle punching and composite, which are two relative processes. needle punching is the process of extracting fibers from a fabric onto its surface, resulting in a white or light velvet texture. Mainly manifested as surface jacquard holes, etc.
Composite is the process of combining other materials onto denim fabric. The main working principle is to extract the fibers inside the composite material through a needle punching machine and then entangle them with the fibers inside the denim fabric, allowing them to change the appearance style and essential properties of the fabric. Service:
01 warranty
The warranty period shall be valid for 12 months after completion of the commissioning. During the warranty period, if any defect and fault is discovered, weicheng grants a prompt action to solve the problem.
02 Installation & maintenance weicheng will send one or two engineers to the Buyer's factory to help the Buyer to do the installation and commissioning of the line at the request of the
Buyer. The Buyer should provide the allowance , round-trip air tickets,
accommodation, workers and translator.
The installation and commissioning will take around 1 month.
