The power of a small-diameter, high-speed agitator is mainly consumed in turbulent pulsation, which is beneficial to micro-mixing. The scale-up of the agitator is a complex issue related to the process. It can only be achieved through step-by-step experience and extrapolated to industrial scale based on the obtained scale-up criteria.

Product Description
The top agitator, also called the top entry agitator, is installed at the top of the anaerobic tank. By rotating the agitator, the material obtains a suitable flow field, where momentum, heat, and mass are transferred or biochemical reactions are carried out simultaneously.
The mixer is mainly composed of two parts, the transmission mechanism and the blades.
1. Transmission components: The blade is driven to rotate by a vertical explosion-proof motor through a cycloidal pinwheel or gear reducer. Explosion proof motors can avoid the risk of fire caused by ignition; The cycloidal pinwheel reducer drives the machine smoothly, with minimal vibration and noise, thereby improving its service life.
2. Stirring blade: Adopting inclined folding blades to open the turbine blade, it is easy to install and remove, and can stir the medium in the tank over a large range, improving the stirring efficiency.
3. To ensure smooth operation of the equipment, bottom bearings are installed on mixers with excessively long mixing shafts to ensure smooth operation of the agitator.
The top agitator is widely used in the mixing operation of reaction vessels, tanks and tanks in chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, metallurgy, power desulfurization, pharmacy, food, anaerobic fermentation and many other industries.
