Working Flow
--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic bottles into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the bottles, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.
--- S-series crusher: with water, crush plastic bottles into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request)
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil from the material and loading out the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes to the next step
--- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: washing out labels, dirty and remove dirty water
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes into the next step
--- Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material
--- Hot air drying system: drying the bottle flakes
--- Storage hopper: collect the flakes
