Product Description
Introduction
This product features a standard T-shaped bed design with a rotating worktable structure and ultra-wide guideway. It comes standard with a high-torque, high-speed spindle motor, with an optional interchangeable worktable. It is suitable for machining various complex parts and is the preferred equipment for cavity machining in the automotive engine and communication electronics industries.
Bed and Column
The column features a triangular side structurewith multiple layers of reinfording ribs,
enhancing the stability of the machine body.-The standard T-shaped bed structure,combined with astepped X-axis layout,increases span and improves rigidity.
Adopts Taiwan roller linear guideways,whichprovide high load capacity and stable precision.
Spindle
Uses an original 190mm BBT50 spindle from Taiwan,equipped with alabyrinth air-blowing waterproofdevice to protect the spindle,along with a circularwater spraysystem to enhance machining quality.
FANUC high-torque wide-range motor BiP30/8000 provides stronger heavy-cutting capability.
